The Dreamers band were formed in 1995 and present their show based on the live shows of Elvis Presley.
The music of The Dreamers is identified as Rock’n’Roll and blues with frequent digression to many of the well known (and also little known) songs of Elvis. Particular attention is paid to scenography and sound presenting a magical performance bringing the atmosphere of Las Vegas of the 70’s to the public.
With most of 350 performances The Dreamers have worked in the most prestigious theatres, clubs and open air festivals in Northern Italy, recently appearing in the RAI “TV programme “Piazza Italia”. They actively collaborate with the “Elvis Friends Fan Club” of Italy and have worked together with many original members of Elvis’s band who worked with him as from 1969 to 1977. Some are the guitarist “JOHN WILKINSON” the singer and close friend of Elvis “CHARLIE HODGE”, bass player "JERRY SCHEFF", historical drummer "DJ FONTANA", the gospel vocal quartet “THE IMPERIALS” and the superlative soul vocalists “THE SWEET INSPIRATIONS”
In 2007 The Dreamers has been protagonist of an amazing event with a 16 piece Orchestra and the 7 Elvis' original background vocalist and new and important projects are planned for the future!!
