Ivano Melcangi

Born in 1967, the instrument that has always been a passion for him is the drums and the voice of Elvis Presley.
Ivano has worked with various groups and at 20 made his first debut on a radio show and in public.
From ’86 to ’88 he worked with local bands such as “Blue Night” and “Musica Italiana” .
Towards the end of the 90’s he met and played with “Hot Chocolate” in many of the most important clubs in Milan. During that period he also collaborated with until today the “Pink Cadillacs" A band inspired by R’nR’ and the rhythms of the 50’s and 60’s.
From 2002 thanks to meeting Stefano Bardelli and the Dreamers he realised his ambition of reproducing the “on stage” sound of the mythical TCB band of Elvis.
With The Dreamers he has had the great pleasure of playing together with Jerry Scheff, Charlie Hodges and John Wilkinson.
Apart from working with The Dreamers he collaborates with other artists accompanying various Elvis interpreters.
